A 50% deposit is required within 7-days after booking confirmation. Full payment is due upon completion of the event.

Cancellation terms:

• 5 days before event: 50% of deposit returned
• Earlier than 48 hours before event: no deposit returned
• Within 48 hours of event: Full payment required

Transportation Options:

OPTION 1
We can meet you at Dakwäkäda (Haines Junction) and guide your group in their vehicles to Shakat Tun.

OPTION 2
Bring your own vehicles and park at “Allenville”. We’ll shuttle you into camp.
– From Whitehorse to Haines Junction: 154.3 kms / 96 miles
– Haines Junction to “Allenville”: 65 kms / 41 miles

OPTION 3
Transport your group using Who What Where Tours.
